I am married to the daughter of Neurologist – my father – in – law’s family owns abusiness and it is A century old Traditional Herbs Powder Business, and Trading &Manufacturing Herbs Business Family of Old Bangalore, and am father of twochildren and my family is a Hindu Undivided Joint Family.My family has a philanthropic mind set and gave land to built a school soon after theIst World War and still my family elders are Founder Trustees of the said School andHigh School and as well as my extended family members did participate in freedomstruggle.All my family members practice ‘Meditation’.My family was and is having orthodox values and traditional mindset with the corefinancial discipline lineage and they were Traditionally land owners, having retail,desi medicinal plants & herbs business as well as fashion goods – kind of supermarket of that times, after I st world war times, having native banking practices tothe artisans, agriculturists and other small traders and my family was one of thelenders of lost resort, and also my family had the name as ‘Insurance people’ during those times itself. Even today my cousins are Chairman Club members in LIC.It may be proper and appropriate here to mention about an incident in which,conduct of my family character could be traced. When my father opted for the officer post in LIC in mid sixties and got posting in another town, at that time there was ‘famine & flu – fevers’ gripped the populace & area and the conditions were most cruel and Inhuman and suffering for men & animal was worst & unimaginable and I was 6 years old and were getting packed and my father burnt big bundle and bunch of long paper sheets removing from Iron Chest with multiple locks and with curiosity I asked my revered and noble father what were those papers and He replied that they were promissory notes with pledge of lands the ryots – agriculturists availed loan facility with us, now the conditions are so bad, first let those people live and any have we were all leaving this town, that was the reply of my father and still vividly I remember that incident and it had deep impression upon me.
Discipline & Conduct.
Core of human discipline means, word of honour and financial discipline. Till today since 28 years every cheque I issued is honoured. I issue cheques with proper balance in the account I bank with one bank for my business and I had availed two car loans and pre sanctioned personal loan and on dotted lines on dates those loans were paid. We, the family members are all Law – abiding citizens. My self and all my family members are Income Tax – Assesses and tax payers. The Blogs received and continue to attract commendable Traffic of ‘Unique Visitors’– an unique visitor in the parlance of cyber language is the one who visits once only and if the visitor visits again for the calculation of traffic the concerned visitor measure of count is one only.During the December, 2006 the Traffic was so much that I used to receive calls from different people from different areas and countries that they were unable to get connected to the blog and the Blog-spot managers wrote a letter to me in the month of January 2007 stating that they were very keenly observing the “Unique Visitor”traffic on day to day basis and found the genuine contents and removed 600 blogs in order to provide need space to my blog and extended the band width and on that day around 8000 hits of unique visitors in one single day visited the blog and that had broken the record of hits, even surpassing the porn site hits, again in the month of may 2007 I was in receipt of another letter from the managers of blog spot co Mr.Ahmed and Mr. Jacob stating that my blog has received more than 10% or 25000 hits, record breaking hits and this I am mentioning out of memory and I had kept only my letter to them and two to three times my system broken down erasing entire data and I had to change the systems itself. In the month of June one person from Gulbarga called me over my mobile and told me Sir, I am 1,65,789 th Visitor to your site. The unique visitor who visits my site stays 7.5 minutes average at the site and the said visitor downloads entire content from the blog and again he never finds the necessity to visit the site, unless I uploaded new content, there was no necessity for the visitor to visit. Per month more than 2000 people are taking my e.mail I.D. after visiting my profile, the internet browsers only 5% to 10% only visits the profile.In 24 hours of a day, upon entire Globe there are some people who are logged to my blog and there are readers in every country where ever there is Internet facility with the mathematical sense the word I am phrasing the ‘mean’ word here to arrive approximate total visitors TO THE BLOG will be and MAY be in ‘double digit or triple digit of millions of people WHO visited the blog. The system, though originally based on the fundamental principles of Raja Yoga, is, in its practical aspect, almost a complete diversion from the set old path known by the name of YOGA. Realization being an extremely subtle subject, quite unconnected with physicality Or materialism, must needs to be taken in its true sense. The incorporation of physical or material adjuncts in this most subtle science under the old system of YOGA amounts to adulteration, which depreciates its real value, Sahaj Marg rejects all these imposed inclusions as superfluous, and even detrimental. It emphasises close adherence to the basic purpose, and provides straight away means which easily practicable in the ordinary routine of life today. In this respect Sahaj Marg rightly claims to be a new school of philosophical thought or a DARSHAN”. Mahatma Ram Chandra had invented and re-established the means of“Transmission” – The Divine Impulses by a Trained hearts and his greatest inventionon the path of spirituality is ‘Central Region’, hitherto never ever known and able to reach by any body and that too, physically living with the human body and thereafter reaching the highest point of human approach as propounded by Him but still continue to live as co-human and this is unheard in the annals of human spiritual history and utilizing the thought power to achieve this tall and huge goal. Goal – God Realization.To achieve the Goal Mahatma envisaged the means and they are as follows:
Prayer :
Oh! Master,Thou art The Real Goal of human Life,We are yet but slaves of wishes, putting bar to our advancement,Thou art the Only God and Power to bring me upto that stage.
Meditation:
Begin the meditation with the prayer. Meditation is on heart.
Guidelines for Meditation:
Take a supposition that ‘the Divine Light’ presents in the heart and heart means where you feel heart beat, sitting in an easy and comfortable same posture, before sunrise, after duly observing the morning ablutions, for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cleaning:
After sunset and after the days long work is over an aspirant is requested to perform this process of “cleaning”. Sitting in an easy and comfortable same posture, alone, the aspirant by applying his ‘will’, should cleanse himself, with the following suggestions:
“All sorts of grossness, solidities, impressions, wasteful thoughts, complexities, dirt and disease and darkness” going away from him in the form of smoke and vapour through his back and he is getting cleansed. Aspirant has to exert his will and draw out from the end portions of his body and throw away through the back.
Bed Time Prayer:
An aspirant is requested to snatch 15 minutes of time before going to bed to sleep, sitting in supplicant and prayer full mood, uttering once or twice mentally the prayer, seeking pardon for the wrongs done knowingly or unknowingly during the wakeful state, in the prayerful state and acquire the sleep and continue to rest in the samestate.
Constant remembarance:
An aspirant is requested to maintain the link with ‘Divine’ during the wakeful state by the suitable method which is appealing and convenient to him, so as to have the ‘prajna’ of ‘Divine’. The Master’s everlasting presence and the “Transmission” – “Pranahuthi” – “PrnasyaPranaha” for the support and help of the aspirant. This system of practice is based upon ‘thought’ and ‘thought power’. The Objectives of Shri Ram Chandra Mission are as per the guidelines of the constitution of the Mission. Adi – Guru – Moola Purusha – The Divine Light – Mahatma Shri Ram Chandraji Maharaj of Fatehgarh, U.P., India, penned a work in English, and under the name of “Santh Math” and He used to prescribe Japa & Dhyan – OM, On heart and with the help of “Gayatri Mantra”, for God Realization and His help came in the form of “Transmission” – The Divine Impulse from Him. He used to undertake the inner cleansing and making of the individual.
Shri Lalaji Maharaj considered spiritual perfection to be based on three things:
1. Love for the Master
2. Satsangh with the Master, and
3. Obedience to the Master.
Good and Supaatra disciples were not given any theoretical education but were asked only to attend the Satsangh. Training was imparted according to the capacity of the disciples. Some of them were directed pursue Surat-Shabda Yoga; others were asked to meditate on their heart; while Mantra Japa was prescribed to some; and the rest were simply asked to perform certain Karmas. Stress was, however, laid on receiving the grace of the Master, participating in Satsanghs and meditation on the heart. Sometimes Japa of OM on the heart was also prescribed. By all or any of these practices, vibrations started and sound, Shabda, was set in motion. When this condition was created, Shri Lalaji Maharaj, asked the practicants to constantly remain hearing them. People of any caste or creed, followers of any religion what-so-ever, who had a thirst for Reality could get training from him. He employed different methods for training different persons. Sometimes he asked them to meditate on any person or object which they liked most. He believed in religious books of all the Dharmas and respected all the saints. His motto was to follow the same Dharma in which one was born. (Swa Dharmao Nidhanaam Shreyah, Para Dharmo Bhayavaha – Bhagavad Gita.) Excess of Japa and Tapa was not liked by him. He preferred the middle way and regarded the meditation on the heart as the real Sadhana. He attached great importance to prayer, but it was not to be for material gain. He Himself constantly prayed for the soul of this world. In his opinion, every aspirant must have a Guru, but in selecting one all precautions should be exercised. But after one has found a Guru what an aspirant has to do is only to surrender to the Guru as if he was a dead body in the hands of a dresser. For removing various complexities of the heart, Lalaji Saheb asked the Satsanghis to make friends of their enemies and the persons whom they dreaded, and directed them not to do to others which they themselves did not wish to be done by. He considered love to be the greatest Tapas.

While the application is in progress with the help of the means by the human ( the above mentioned any ) for the laid purpose to achieve, the effects of applied means gets reflected upon him in entirety at the very first instance itself and for the practitioner may or may not be visible or unable to interpret in detail all the effects, those effects may be congenial or non congenial, helpful or harmful, proper or improper, the practitioner can only be in a position to say that some change is there, unable to say anything, as he is indulged with one additional or in a new kind of activity which is added and due to that he is other than his usual self, then and here comes the need and necessity of ‘guide’ & ‘guidance’, ‘help & support’ ‘sound & proper method’. Difference & distinction is the way the nature adopts to exhibits itself and change is her signature and nothing remains same in the gigantic activity of the nature. Dynamism & Dynamic are primary characteristic of the nature, hence the method of practice and means are also created and shaped to retain this very quality and hence the necessity of continuous research in this field is also a ‘must’ because everything is in the state of ‘change’ and everything is in the state of ‘momentum’ rather never stagnant, physically also within physicality also, ‘in’ & ‘around’ also. To keep the ‘conscience’ alive & lively is the necessity and it is possible to achieve that with the knowledge & research, and knowledge is the ‘conscience’ keeper and it is with the usage of ‘language’ and the language is nothing but ‘sound’, and sound is born out ‘silence’, in other words, sound is sound of silence and this abreast of waves of knowledge & research to keep men are necessity and those men are not accidentally born, born out of sheer necessity, but born as prodigal sons of the‘Mother Nature’. The above mentioned retrospection of my Life is a ‘clear title’.
